Service-Based Refund Guidelines

  • Digital Marketing, Website Development, Political Branding, SMM, and Creative Services

    Refunds are not provided once work has started, including:

    • Strategy planning
    • Designing
    • Content creation
    • Scheduling
    • Initial research
    • Any communication regarding the project
  • Advance Payments

    All advance payments or booking amounts are non-refundable due to resource allocation and time investment.

  • Custom Packages

    If a client requests a custom plan or special service, refunds do not apply once any part of the work begins.

Cancellation Policy

Client-Initiated Cancellation

Clients can request cancellation before work begins. If the project has not started, a partial refund may be considered at the sole discretion of InfoGrip Solution (after deducting administrative charges).

Cancellation After Work Begins

Once work has started on any service — no cancellation or refund will be provided.

Company-Initiated Cancellation

If InfoGrip Solution cancels a project due to unforeseen reasons, clients will receive a proportional refund for the remaining work.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Completed work or deliverables
  • Services already performed
  • Design drafts, copywriting, graphics, or edited videos
  • Monthly service fees (political branding, SMM, ads, etc.)
  • Paid advertising budget (if client has funded ads)
  • Third-party tool or subscription payments

Turnaround Time & Delays

Any delay caused due to the client (late content, pending approvals, incomplete requirements) will not qualify for cancellation or refund.

Payment Disputes

In case of billing disputes, clients must contact us within 3 days of payment. We will review each request individually, but claiming a refund after service completion is not permitted.
